We will continually strive to improve our knowledge and skill through post-graduate
and specialized training curricula and active participation in appropriate professional
and trade associations.
Acceptance of Assignments
We will accept
only those assignments which we feel qualified to undertake. Like
practitioners in other fields of professional endeavor, we cannot
guarantee results, but serve the client organization to the best
of our ability and skill. Each candidate shall be treated professionally.
Under no circumstances shall we represent a candidate with respect
to a clients' open position without the candidate's expressed
approval.
Mutual Understanding
With Client and Candidates
We will regard as confidential
all information concerning the business and affairs of the client and will equally
respect the confidence of candidates and other persons with whom we deal in the
course of our other activities. We will not take personal, financial or other
advantage of material or inside information coming to our attention as a result
of our professional relationships. Candidate referencing will not be conducted
without the expressed permission of the candidate.
Client Relationship
We will not initiate discussion
with any member of a client organization regarding employment opportunities. If
approached by an employee, we will make sure it is with the client's consent.
It is recognized that the duration of any client relationship is a period of at
least one year since the last completed engagement.
Established Fee Structure
We maintain an established
fee structure that remains independent of any crisis in the client organization
or market conditions. We will not take advantage of turmoil or conflict in setting
fees. As in other professional fields of endeavor, our charges are based upon
estimated professional time required for project involvement.
Candidate Referral and
Ongoing Counsel
We will only refer candidates
who meet the position specification for which we are retained.
We will provide regular progress reports during the course of
the assignment. We will provide ongoing counsel during the job
transition and up to one year after the completion of the engagement.
Curricula Vitae
Curriculum Vitae or resume
will not be sent to employers where no present relationship exists. We will disclose
the candidate's identity and the vitae and will accurately represent the candidate's
qualifications and credentials. Under no circumstances will we refer any candidate's
vitae to employers or other search firms with whom we network without the candidate's
expressed permission.
Undignified Promotion
We will not advertise our
firm in an undignified or unprofessional manner nor accept clients, candidates
or others monetary incentives to utilize our services, refer candidates or accept
a position.
